Return, Exchange, Refund

Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive a inaccurate or damaged book from Boichaghar.in—in the rare cases though—you are requested to inform us via email (bookcafe@pratikshan.in). You can demand a replacement if an inaccurate book is shipped or the damage is considerable. Books from old stock or last remaining stock may not be in sufficiently good shapes. We thoroughly check the items before dispatching, and if we find the items not satisfactory enough and without a scope of changing those, we usually inform the customer before dispatching. In few cases, replacing certain books becomes infeasible, if the concerned publishers do not have the same titles in better condition. 

 

We ensure a free shipment for the replacement. Prior to that, you need to ship the damaged/inaccurate book back to our address at your own cost. We usually add an extra discount to compensate the dissatisfaction of our valued customers on their next purchases.

Refund

If we are unable to replace the inaccurate or damaged book you received from Boichaghar.in with a proper one, or the package do not reach you at all within the expected shipping time (if it is beyond tracking)—we will cancel the order and refund the full amount of your payment. No banking charges will be deducted from the refunded amount. The inaccurate or the damaged book should be returned to us using the similar mode of shipment, we will bear the return shipping charges by adding the amount to the refundable amount. The refund process would be initiated as soon as the tracking details of the return shipping is available with us; in case of lost package we would initiate the refund process when the package is beyond tracking. Once the refund process is initiated, the customer gets an email confirmation stating that the refund amount would reflect in the customer's account in 5-7 working days.
